The transnasal implant technique was developed as an alternative to double zygoma placement when greater implant anchorage is required in certain cases, thus simplifying the solution.
This technique utilizes anchoring in the canine pillar and nasal concha, allowing rehabilitation without the need for complex bone grafts, avoiding double zygomatic fracture, and taking advantage of the remaining residual bone in the anterior region.
"The technique was developed based on extensive study and monitoring of a case series that I have gathered over my 30 years of experience and more than 72,000 implants installed. It is a recent and unprecedented technique, which has already been the subject of scientific articles, a book chapter, and the topic of numerous lectures to which I am invited."
